About Perth Furnished Rentals

As owners of investment properties, we found that there is a shortage of fully furnished, short to medium term accommodation that is modern, spotlessly clean, and conveniently located close to the Perth CBD.  As a result we started Perth Furnished Rentals, specialising in 'turn key' properties where all you need to bring is your suitcase.  The units are completely self-catering - all you need to bring is your toothbrush!

We currently have four ground floor, 2-bedroom apartments, three of which are located within the same apartment complex in Glendalough, with the fourth located in Osborne Park.  All our apartments are fully equipped throughout, and come with the following:

- a covered car bay at your door, with more parking available if needed;
- couches, dining table and chairs;
- microwave, fridge/freezer, front loading washing machine, portable heater and fans;
- TV and DVD with remote controls;
- refrigerated airconditioning, and reverse-cycle heating for winter;
- vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, iron and ironing board;
- pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils;
- all bedlinen including sheets, pillows, blankets, doonas (duvets) and covers;
- all other linen needed including towels, bathmats, handtowels, tea towels and beach towels.

All our apartments are located close by to bus and train stops, shops, deli, newsagent, pharmacy, bakery, and liquor store.  A doctor's surgery is around the corner from our Glendalough apartments.  There are also three parks situated very close by, with the closest at the end of the apartment complex.  Each apartment is provided with a guide to all local amenities to assist you.
