Three bedroom villas

Our three bedroom villas are all located in quiet small groups, and as well as an additional bedroom they feature greater living spaces. In particular, each villa has its own private outside area, which includes an outdoor setting underneath a patio, so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Perth weather. Broadband wifi is also available for the villas as an optional extra.

Grande

Grande is a middle villa in a quiet group of three. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, while the two smaller bedrooms each have double beds. The living area has a large flat screen TV, and also has reverse cycle air conditioning.

As with all our properties, Grande is completely self contained.

Famiglia

Famiglia is an end villa in a quiet group of three, meaning that it has more outdoor area available. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and each of the smaller bedrooms has a double bed. The living area has a large flat screen TV, and also has reverse cycle air conditioning.

As with all our properties, Famiglia is completely self contained.

Sereno

Sereno is another villa in a small quiet group of three properties. Sereno is particularly well located, across the road from the Northlands Balcatta Shopping Village, which includes a Coles supermarket, baker, fruit and veg shop, cobbler/key cutter, hair salon, newsagent and pharmacy. Sereno is also closely located to a number of bus stops, which may take you to the local train stations or directly in the Perth CBD, depending on the route number. The living area has a large flat screen TV and reverse cycle air conditioning.

As with all our properties, Sereno is completely self contained.
